Energems is a new and delicious pint sized energy supplement.
These power packed colorful gems provide that burst of energy that I need
during the day.
Okay, I usually do not like to eat or drink anything that contains caffeine, but for some reason I can handle it in Energems and do not experience any adverse reactions when having three of them a day. Energems look like M&Ms, except they are much bigger and are not sugar filled candies; instead they are supplements that contain B Vitamins, chocolate, and a moderate amount of caffeine. They come in three unique flavors- Mint, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate.
If you eat three Energems, which is equal to 75 milligrams of
caffeine and for me, that is just too much caffeine, so I just eat one a day to
get that added burst of energy that I need. I once tried eating three in one
day, but did not like the way it made me feel, so now I just eat one a day. Out
of all the flavors that I have tried, my favorite is the mint flavor because it
has a great taste and is very refreshing.
I like the fact that I can pop just one Energem in my mouth without having to drink a bulky liquid energy drink that is cumbersome or needs to be refrigerated. Eating Energems are so convenient and I can take them with me wherever I go and because they are small, they can be put in my purse for easy access. Whenever I want a burst of energy, I can grab one from my purse and eat it.
Also, I would like to mention that the main ingredients in Energems are L-theanine, so with this special ingredient, you probably will not experience any jittery feelings as you would if you consumed a different energy supplement that contains only caffeine. I believe the combination of caffeine and L-theanine combats jittery side effects.
Some facts about Energems:
• Energems contain L-theanine- A food supplement that helps to improve your memory.
• Made in USA
• Made with high quality chocolate
• Does not contain Phenylalanine or Aspartame
• Contains: 150 mcg of B12, 12mg of Vitamin B6, 7g of sugar, and 45 calories per serving of 3 pieces.
If you cannot eat any sugar, which I am trying to cut back on, then this product may not be good for you to eat, but if you can consume a small amount of sugar (7 grams), then 3 pieces a day would be fine. As I said previously, I only like to eat 1 Energem a day, so that is equivalent to about 2 grams of sugar, which is not much.
I do not recommend this product if you are very sensitive to caffeine, but if you can handle a moderate amount, then why not give it a try? You’re just one bite size away from your burst of energy for the day!
You can find Energems at stores around the country and at www.energems.net for $2.99 a box.
